consulting group, is seeking a
computer Network Engineer / IT Consultant to
assist in the proactive development and
management of networks and technology
solutions for a wide variety of small to medium sized business clients,
in the South Bend, LaPorte and surrounding areas. Qualifications
must include some combination of the
following: A degree in computers or networking;
Microsoft, Cisco or other IT certifications; at least 5+ years of
networking experience. A strong working understanding of windows
server / client environments and TCP/IP is required. Additionally, knowledge or
experience dealing with some or all of the following is desired:
Routers, Linux OS, Network Cabling, Email / Web servers,
database administration and Microsoft Office application suites. Programming
experience is a definite plus. The successful candidate will possess
a combination of the above qualifications, as well as a desire to
continue to learn and adapt to new technologies. Selected candidates will be assertive,
self-motivated, and possess exceptional oral and written communication
skills. Organizational skills, attention to detail and customer service skills are
required.
